EFMC has trained staffs of several organizations within and outside Nigeria on various areas of project management, leadership and governance, finance and grant management, as well as in various aspects of administration, change management and entrepreneurship. Her major clients in the past four years include US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), US Department of Defense (DOD) HJF Medical Research International, Harvard University AIDS Preventi1on Initiative in Nigeria (APIN), University of Maryland Institute of Human Virology (IHV), Medical Missionaries of Mary, Federal Ministries of Health, Environment and Finance; Akwa Ibom State Government, Unity Bank Plc, CiSHAN, NEPWHAN, NAYETHA, Population Council, Excellence Community Education and Welfare Scheme (ECEWS), etc.
Between July and October 2012, EFMC was funded by African Field Epidemiology Network, Kampala Uganda to train 75 Monitoring and Evaluation Officers in Nigeria in a 3 months Competency-based training which culminated in the execution of field projects that were presented during a graduation ceremony following 10 weeks of field work in participants' respective field sites.
EFMC has also strengthened the capacity of over 100 Health workers by training them in the provision of HIV testing and counseling and ART services, laboratory diagnosis and monitoring and Project management. She has also given in-service training and mentoring to over 32 young graduates who were employed as interns and then seconded to Health facilities or work as part of the community-based testing team.
